You can also experience our extensive expertise in “hard terms”. Our exceptionally large capacities do not preclude the production of demanding individual and small series. For example, at our BRÜCK production campus we produce finished individual parts across our entire manufacturing spectrum. Stand-out facts:

  • More than 400 material varieties, decades of experience in special materials
  • Seamless hot-rolled parts with a diameter of up to 6,400 mm, a height of 1,600 mm and a radial width of up to 1,000 mm
  • Finished weight for seamless rolled parts up to 50 t
  • Forgings with maximum dimensions of 4,500 mm x 4,500 mm x 10,000 mm
  • Unit weight for forgings of up to max. 50 t
  • A virtually limitless range of different part geometries
  • Processing tolerances of a few hundredths of a millimetre
  • Surface up to Ra 0.3 µm
  • Processing possibilities up to 6,500 mm diameter

There is no limit to the variety of geometries of special parts. Depending on the type of part, it is possible to produce forged unit weights of 50 t.
